Sr Nadia Botha is a true animal lover. Her favourite animal is a dog. She said, “They are one of the most loyal animals on this planet. No one on earth will love you more, be more patient with your moods, or keep your secrets better than your dog.”
One of her favorite quotes about dogs is:

So, it goes without saying that she owns two dogs, Leica and Fudge. Her other companions include two cats, Kovu and Sarabi and 1 lovebird, Fruitloop. Sr Nadia dreams of owning a Rottweiler and rats in the future.
From the age of 10 her desire to work in the veterinary field was convincing and in high school her focus on veterinary nursing made her pursue it as a career with her appetite lying in patient care. She joined the Craig View team in 2020 after moving from Kimberley, having practiced nursing at the Kimberley Veterinary Clinic for 2 years.
Her compassion for animals shows in the aspiration to provide more post-operative care for our patients. Sr Nadia would like to grow her skills base in physiotherapy.
Her top tip to owners of pets: “Remember, you have family, friends and work - your pet only has you, so make their life exciting as possible and cherish the moments you have with them.”
