Having recently become a valuable member to our reception team, Liam is no stranger to client service having come from the restaurant industry. He is well aware of the challenges that face him being the first and last point of contact, but is willing to accept any challenge.
Being able to work with Dr Bull allowed him to tick off one of his bucket list experiences. He was able to see tiger cubs in the clinic for annual vaccinations. "I have never been up close with a wild cat before, so it was definitely a once in a lifetime experience."
Liam's advice as a team member dealing with clients daily is not to leave any illness or injury of a pet for too long before seeing a veterinarian. "Animals mask their symptoms, so if your concerned get your pet to the vet."
